William Patrick "Pat" Singleton, 68, departed this life on Friday, July 13, 2018.   Pat was born on June 6, 1950 to Russell William Singleton and Emma Frith Singleton at Ft. Benning, Georgia, and was a lifelong resident of Stewart County, Georgia.

Pat was known among the community to have a "unique talent" for building anything and could "fix" anything.  He built the most beautiful homes and a variety of furniture for decades.  He took pride and always enjoyed building something new and different.  He will be missed by many.

He is survived by his two children, Teresa D. Singleton of Columbus, Georgia and Melinda Morris of Temple, Texas; his sister, Emogene Camper of Bryon, Georgia; one granddaughter, Lindsey N. Foster; and one great granddaughter, Layla N. Foster, both of Columbus, Georgia; as well as nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The family will receive friends for visitation at Baldwin Funeral Home in Richland, Georgia, on Tuesday, July 17, 2018, from 12 noon to 1:30 PM.  The Graveside Service will be immediately following the visitation, at Northside Cemetery in Lumpkin, Georgia.  The Reverend Robert Orr will officiate.
