Shirley Phelts Eisenhardt, 63, of Fitzgerald, Georgia, died on July 15, 2021, at Fitzgerald Dominey Medical Center on Fitzgerald, Georgia

Shirley was born on March 23, 1958, to the late Isaac Phelts and Katherine Powell Phelts.

Shirley is preceded in death by both of her parents, her husband, Floyd Eisenhardt, two brothers, Gerald Phelts, Ray Phelts and four sisters, Patricia Cline, Emma Willard, Kathy Greene and Linda Jordan.

Survivors include her brother, Thomas Phelts and her brother-in-law, Donnie Cline.

Shirley had worked at the Garden Shop in Fitzgerald, Georgia.

A Chapel Service will be held on Tuesday, July 20, 2021, at 10:30 am, at Baldwin Funeral Home in Richland, Georgia, with burial at Preston City Cemetery in Preston, Georgia.  John Ragan will conduct the service.

Flowers will be accepted at the funeral home.
