Russell Clifford McDonald, Sr., 71, Richland, Georgia, passed away on September 1, 2016, at his home in Richland, Georgia.
Mr. McDonald lived in Richland with his son, Russell (Bubba) Clifford McDonald, Jr. He is predeceased by his parents, James McDonald and Clifford Thompson McDonald.
Mr. McDonald was retired from the Albany Police Department.
He is survived by his son, Russell (Bubba) Clifford McDonald, Jr of Richland, Georgia; and his two daughters, Christie Smith and Lori Ortiz.
A Memorial Service will be planned at a later date.
