Ronald Lee Morrison, Jr., 61, died on April 20, 2017, in Lumpkin, Georgia. He was born in Savannah, Georgia, on October 25, 1956, to late Ronald Lee Morrison, Sr. and Ida Faye Cherry Morrison. Ronald Morrison, Sr. was born in Waycross, Georgia and Ida Faye Cherry was born in Lumpkin, Georgia.

Ronald was self-employed. He had lived in the Lumpkin, Stewart County area for 40 years. He had previously lived in Orlando, Florida, then moved to Lumpkin. Ronald was a member of the Shady Grove Baptist Church in Lumpkin, Georgia.

Ronald is preceded in death by both of his parents and his sister, Dianne Coffell.

Survivors include his sister, Mary F. (Jackie) Ogburn of Ovett,, Mississippi, his brother, Jack Morrison of Ovett, Mississippi, and his step sister, Laura Kirkland.

Ronald was buried at Moselle Memorial Gardens in Moselle, Mississippi, next to his father, Ronald L. Morrison, Sr.
