Patricia "Patty" Fae Phelts, 64, died at Life Care Center in Fitzgerald, Georgia on Monday, December 23, 2019.  She was born on December 2, 1955 in Preston, Georgia to the late Issac Phelts and Catherine Powell Phelts.

Patricia is preceded in death by both of her parents.

Survived by: her brother, Thomas Phelts, two nieces and her ex-husband, Donnie Cline.

Patricia enjoyed doing puzzles, crossword and great speller.  She loved soap opera shows, especially, The Bold and Beautiful and The Young and Restless; also John Wayne shows and Family Feud.  She loved spending time with her two nieces.

A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, December 28, 2019, at 2:00 PM, at Preston City Cemetery in Preston, Georgia.
