Nancy Lynne Hernandez Leavins, 58, died on March 10, 2024, at Sumter Phoebe Medical Center in Americus, Georgia.  She was born on November 29, 1965, to the late Ed Plumley and Helen Jean Welch Plumley.

She is preceded in death by both of her parents; sister, Patricia Rimes; mother-in-law, Shirley Albritton and nephew, Johnathan Kersey.

Nancy is survived by her husband Sweet "Rusty" Leavins; two daughters, Michelle (Mark) Andrews, Nichole Dicapua; son, James (Daila) Leavins; ten grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Nancy knew the Lord and loved Jesus.  She was a faithful member of her church, Safe Harbor in Parrott, Georgia.  She loved her husband, Sweet, her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.  She enjoyed gardening, playing games on her cell phone.  She also enjoyed coffee and shopping.

A Church Service will be held on March 13, 2024, at 5:00 pm, at the Safe Harbor Church in Parrott, Georgia.  The service will be conducted by the Reverend Jeremy Wicker.
