Martha Bush Jones, passed away on Friday, January 17, 2025, at Magnolia Manor, in Americus, Georgia.  She was born on March 27, 1938, in Richland, Georgia, to the late William Raiford Bush and Callie Gamble Bush.

Martha was married to George Wyatt Jones.  Her siblings:  Dorothy Webb, Glen Bush and Tracy Bush.

She is survived by her children:  Callie Stapleton Redmond, Owen Jackson (Jennie) Stapleton III, Reuben Sims (Angela) Jones; grandchildren, Christie Redmond (Brad) Stribling, John F. (Taylor) Redmond IV, Kelley Stapleton (Ryan) Singley, Cynthia Jones (Connor) Bolton, Owen "Jack" J. Stapleton IV, Rebecca Kay Jones; great grandchildren, Reese Stribling, J. W. Redmond, Ellie Redmond, Beth Singley, Cecilia Bolton, Thomas Bolton.

Martha loved the Lord and her church.  She enjoyed sewing and her beloved children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A Visitation Service will be held on Monday, January 20, 2025, from 2:00 to 2:45 pm, at Baldwin Funeral Home, in Richland, Georgia.  The Chapel Service will begin at 3:00 PM, in the Baldwin Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial will be at Harmony Cemetery, in Richland, Georgia.

In Lieu of Flowers donations may be made in Martha's name to the Georgia Baptist Children's Home (505 Waterworks Rd., Palmetto, GA 30268) and/or Gideons International (524 Poplar St., Macon, GA 31201).  Martha's wish was that everyone would be able to have their own Bible.
