Kathy Sue Lee, 66, of Lumpkin, Georgia, passed away at Piedmont Hospital in Columbus, Georgia on Tuesday, April 21, 2026. She was born on April 2, 1960.

Kathy is survived by her best friend and partner, Julian Mathis and a daughter, Jennifer Knight.

Kathy loved to paint and used her items to decorate and give as gifts.  She and Julian had a good time looking for treasures along their traveling.  Kathy and Julian had a devoted yorkie, Teddie, for many years that loved to go riding with them.  Kathy loved flowers and her yard had many different types that she enjoyed taking care of year around.  Julian loved to bring her flowers she could enjoy.  Kathy and Julian attended the Lumpkin United Methodist Church in Lumpkin for many years.  They were faithful members as long as they were able to attend.

A Graveside Service will be held on Sunday, April 26, 2026, at 2:00 pm, at Northside Cemetery in Lumpkin, Georgia. Julian will visit with friends after the service.
