Kathryn Kemp Andrews, 63, passed away on November 24, 2018, at her home in Panama City Beach, Florida.  Kathryn was born on September 26, 1955, to the late Thomas S. Kemp, Sr. and Alice Redford Kemp.

Kathryn is preceded in death by both of her parents and her son, Marcel "Marc" Aubrey  Walker, III.

She is survived by her husband, Walter Andrews; her brother, Thomas "Slade" Kemp, Jr. and his wife, Patty of Columbus, Georgia; her sister Melinda Morgan Sabo and her husband, David of Columbus, Georgia; her loving mother, Ginger Pugh Kemp of Lumpkin, Georgia; granddaughter Haley Walker; nephew, Thomas Slade "Tripper" Kemp, III; and her beloved Boston Terrier,  Freckles.

Kathryn attended elementary school in Lumpkin Georgia then attended Brenau Academy in Gainesville, Georgia.  For her senior year she attended Lakeside School in Eufaula, Alabama.  With her outgoing popularity and friendliness to all she was elected the Homecoming Queen.  Kathryn attended college in Panama City, Florida.

Several special memories were given by Mildred Riles Deal, a childhood friend, they enjoyed riding bikes with no hands, riding ponies, sleep overs and making no bake chocolate oatmeal cookies.  During Kathryn's adult years she loved working in her yard and playing with her dog Freckles.

A Memorial Service and Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, December 8, 2018 at 1:00 PM, at the Lumpkin United Methodist Church in Lumpkin, Georgia.  The Reverend Robert Orr will officiate the service, with Anita Usher providing music.

Friends are invited to visit with the family after the service, in fellowship hall.
