Jonathan "Jon" Alan Dillard, 69, died on November 1, 2019 at his home in Stewart County Georgia. He was born on January 3, 1950 in Flat River, Missouri, to the late Morris William Dillard and Miriam McDowell Dillard.

Jon worked for Georgia Power for 35 years.  He was a dispatcher and jailer for five years in Chattahoochee County Georgia.  He was also a dispatcher and jailer in Randolph County Georgia for three years.  Jon had a great love for the Lord and was a Baptist Minister.

Jon and Patricia Dianne Black were married on August 6, 1982.  He loved his wife and family.  Jon had a enjoyed the outdoors, including hunting, kayaking and camping.  Jon was also known as "Pops" and "Pawpa" by his grandchildren.

Jon is survived by his wife, Dianne, one son, John L. Stephens; three daughters, Penny L. Goldeman, Patricia L. Lewis, Paula L. Stephens; 11 grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, November 9, 2019, at 1:00 PM, at the Baldwin Funeral Home Chapel in

Richland, Georgia, with visitation after the service.
