John Russell Taylor died Tuesday, October 6, 2009 at his residence in Richland, GA.

Mr. Taylor, 77, was born on June 21, 1932 in Aucilla, FL. His parents were John Taylor and Delores Wadsworth Taylor. He served in the U.S. Army and was an engineer.

He was cremated and no memorial service will be held at this time.

He is survived by a daughter, Brenda and William Burns of Buena Vista and a son,  John Russell Taylor Jr. of Iraq, and brothers, Robert Taylor and Frank Taylor. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
