A Graveside Service will be held Monday, May 26, 2014, at 11:00 AM, at the Fitzgerald Cemetery, Omaha, GA. Visitation with family and friends will be held one hour prior to the service (10:00 - 11:00 AM) at the cemetery.

John "Bennie" Lee, 65, died at his home on Sunday morning, May 25, 2014, in Omaha, GA. He was born on June 15, 1948, in Americus, GA, to the late Enoch Lee and Josephine Morgan Lee.
Bennie is preceded in death by his father; one brother, Enoch Lee, Jr.; and one sister, Nancy Bryant.

He is survived by his wife, Kathy White Lee, of Omaha, GA; two sons, John B. Lee, Jr. of Albany, GA. and Daniel Lee of Omaha, GA; two daughters, Dana (Brock) Cadenhead of Omaha, GA and Jennifer (Josh) Knight of Thomasville, AL; three brothers, Jimmy Lee of Omaha, GA, Bill Lee of Omaha, GA and Dr. Robert Lee of Kennesaw, GA; one sister, April Lee Gill of Omaha, GA; and four grandchildren.

A Visitation Service with family and friends was held from 10:00 to 11:00 am, Monday, May 26, 2014, prior to the Graveside Service held at 11:00 AM, at the Fitzgerald Cemetery in Omaha, GA.
