Jack Christopher Cotton, 49, passed away at his home in Pittsview, Alabama on October 7, 2022.  He was born on February 1, 1973, in Cuthbert, Georgia, to Ernest "E. C." Cotton of Omaha, Georgia and the late Barbara Jane Childree Cotton.

Jack had a great sense of humor and kept everyone around him laughing. Just as big as his sense of humor was his heart. He really did have a heart of gold, especially for children and pets who both loved him.

Jack had worked for the Mead Company as a pipeworker.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Jane.

Jack is survived by his father, E. C. Cotton, his sister, Pamela Cotton of San Antonio, Texas and two nieces, Ariel Perez and Ashley Perez of San Antonio, Texas.

A Graveside Service was held on Saturday, October 15, 2022, at 1:00 PM, at Omaha City Cemetery in Omaha, Georgia, with the service conducted by Reverend Jimmy Elder.  The family visited with friends after the service.
