Imogene (Jean) Hughes Cole, 85, of Richland, Georgia, died on March 18, 2015, at Four County Health & Rehab in Richland, Georgia. She was born on October 15, 1929, in Upson County Georgia, to the late Paul Robert Hughes and Rona Mable Knight Hughes.

Mrs. Jean is proceeded in death by both of her parents; her loving husband, Floyd Ellington Cole; one brother, Jack Corry Hughes; and one sister, Pauline Naomi Cole.

She is survived by her son, Robert (Bobby) Watson Cole, wife, Cynthia, of Conway, Arkansas and her daughter, Juliette Evelyn Drew, husband, Randy of Richland, Georgia; five grandchildren, Rusty (Megan) Drew, Matt (Crystal) Drew, Jesse (Amber) Drew, Shannon Katchur, Jason (Sandra) Cole; and six great-grandchildren, Trevor Drew, Coleton Drew, Ellington Drew, Anna Katchur, Katie Cole, Jackson Cole.

Mr. Floyd and Mrs. Jean lived in Richland since 1947 and were members of the Richland United Methodist Church. She was retired from Castleberry Insurance in Richland. She was a loving mother to Bobby and Juliette. Her grandchildren and great grandchildren were a great joy to her. Mrs. Jean enjoyed her children's activities, baseball being her favorite pastime. Her hobbies were making preserves, wine, dancing and watching parades.

A Visitation Service with family and friends will be held on Friday evening, March 20, 2015, at Baldwin Funeral Home, from 5:00 – 7:00 PM. A Graveside Service will be held at Harmony Cemetery in Richland, Georgia, on Saturday, March 21, 2015, at 2:00 PM. The Reverends' Raymond Smith and Robert Orr will officiate the service with Rusty Drew, her grandson, giving remembrances of her life.
