Helene Jacobi, 97, Richland, GA., died Sunday evening, September 4, 2011, at Four County Health and Rehab in Richland, GA.

Mrs. Jacobi was born April 19, 1914, in New York City, New York.  Her parents were Otto Steinman and Julia (LuLu) Berschwinger, deceased.  She was married to John Martin Jacobi, deceased.  Mrs. Jacobi worked as a Dental Assistant and was a secretary in the morgue at Franklin General Hospital, Valley Stream, NY.

Mrs. Jacobi is survived by two sons: John Michael Jacobi of Cape Cod, Mass; William (Bill) P. Jacobi of Bayville, NY; one daughter, Mary Anne Shepherd of Richland, GA.; and four grandchildren.

A family viewing was held at Baldwin Funeral Home, Richland, Monday evening and Tuesday morning for the family.
