Deborah "Debbie" Harris Cobb, 67, passed away on June 21, 2020, at her home in Richland Georgia with her family and her beloved dog.  She was born on May 4, 1953 in Apalachicola, Florida to the late Charles Phillip Harris and Eunice Hayes Harris.

She is preceded in death by both of her parents and her brother, Phil Harris.

Deborah is survived by: her husband, George R. "Bobby" Cobb of Richland, Georgia, her two sons, Kevin (Wendy) Royal of Thomasville, Georgia and Kenneth (Brandy) Royal of Eufaula, Alabama; grandchildren, Kenny Royal, Jasan & Jessie Royal, Cameron Royal & Taylor, Christian Royal; and two great grandchildren, Rielle Royal, Jase Royal; her sister, Diane Hayes of Cairo, Georgia; and many nieces and nephews.

Deborah was retired from the Stewart County Housing Authority were she held the position of Secretary for 10 years.  She enjoyed going on vacation especially to the casino's.  When the Christmas season came, Debbie was ready as she loved this time of year.  As many of you knew she loved the color purple and always had jewelry to go with her outfits.

A Visitation Service will be held in Tuesday evening, June 23, 2020, from 6:00 - 7:00 PM, at Baldwin Funeral Home in Richland, Georgia.

A Graveside  Service will be held on Wednesday morning, June 24, 2020, at 11:00 AM, at Harmony Cemetery.  The Reverend Robert Orr will officiate the service.
