Charles Marvin Humber, Jr., passed away on January 25, 2018. He was born in Columbus Ga, on October 21, 1951, to the late Charles Marvin Humber, Senior and Myrtle Johnson Humber.

Marvin was a loving husband and father, friend to many. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. He was retired from the U.S. Navy, and from the city of Jacksonville.

He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Jane; his sons, Tom (Yvette), Stephen (Janet), Joshua (Katie); four grandchildren, Stevie Jo, Jarrod, Cassie and Tommy; his brothers, Frank (Jennifer), Stephen (Sally), and William (Melinda); and many nieces and nephews and numerous friends. He will be missed by all who knew him.

The family visitation will be held on Saturday, February 3, 2018, from 12:00 – 12:45 PM, at Baldwin Funeral Home, in Richland, Georgia.
A Chapel Service will be held on Saturday, February 3, 2018, at 1:00 PM, at the Baldwin Funeral Home Chapel, with burial at Northside Cemetery in Lumpkin, Georgia.

In lieu of flowers: Memorials may be given in his memory to: Shady Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, in care of Baldwin Funeral Home.
