Betty Lou Tolbert Andrews, 84, passed away at her home in Preston, Georgia on Monday, November 25, 2019.  She was born on April 13, 1935 in Columbus, Georgia to the late Franklin Tolbert and Thelma McIntosh Tolbert.

She is preceded in death by both of her parents; her husband, Lester W. Andrews; one son, Frank L. Andrews; and one grandchild, Dallas E. Andrews.

Surviving her are:  three sons, Allen (Joyce) Morris of Chicago, Illinois; Richard (Patricia) Andrews of Preston, Georgia; William (Deborah) Andrews of Buckhead, Georgia; two brothers, William Tolbert, Richard Tolbert; eight grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Betty Lou was retired from the Orange County Florida Government where she served as the Clerk of Court.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 3, 2019, at Woodlawn Funeral Home in Gotha, Florida from 1:00 – 1:45 PM.

The Chapel Service was held in the Meadows Chapel, Woodlawn Funeral Home, at 2:00 PM following the visitation, with burial in the Woodlawn Memorial Park Cemetery.
