Barry C. Woody, 71, passed away at his home on January 8, 2022 in Richland, Georgia.  He was born on November 10, 1950 to the late Theodore E. Woody and Gloria B. Bryant Woody.

He is survived by his three sons, Bryan E. Woody, Shane C. Woody and Shaun R. Woody; and two grandchildren, Alexi Gooterizus and Glorianna Woody.

He is preceded in death by both of his parents, his significant other, Kathy Woody and his sister, Sharon Woody Moore.

Barry was well known for his contracting work especially using his earth moving machinery.  He was self employee and had retired after his health began to fail.

His cremains will be spread by his family at a later date.
